The fantastical world of Middle-Earth, as authored by J.R.R.Tolkien, provides delight and escapism for all who seek to enter. His rich tapestry of story-telling and world-building includes several invented languages, such as Elvish - and it's here we found inspiration for our 6.2% Citra-Idaho 7 Hazy IPA on Vermont yeast. Yesta is Elvish for "beginnings" which feels very appropriate for the first one-off beer brewed by our new team here at Dry & Bitter - cheers to many more!
