As the days grow shorter and the Winter nights settle in, we all look forward to the Christmas festivities. Time with family and friends, cosy nights at home and the warming glow of candles or a wood fire. As the flames die down, we are left with the glowing red embers, holding heat and light to keep us snug against the cold and dark. These Winter Embers, or Vintergløder, are reminiscent of the warming flavour of cinnamon, which we added to this smooth Baltic Porter to compliment the complex malt base and dark fruit flavours.
Very complex, multi-layered malt & dark fruit flavours. Brewed with cinnamon.
