When our friends over at Freestyle Hops NZ got in touch to offer us some of their exclusive experimental hop varietal, Peacharine, the response was a resounding YES from our Brewers and our Antipodean Bosses alike. We decided to go all in with a full 20kg of Peacharine, plus a tongue-in-cheek name honouring the surf culture of New Zealand.
