This 5.5% Red Ale is smooth & medium-bodied, with a nutty, lightly roasted malt flavour. We let traditional Irish Red Ales inspire us for the recipe, while the cutest of Himalayan creatures features on the label; an unlikely pairing, perhaps, yet the result is delicious.
