Each IPA in the Steeped series has the same recipe, but features a different hop addition method.
In Biota we used the dip hopping technique. Dip hopping means the addition of hops after wort cooling and before the addition of yeast and start of fermentation. This technique boosts delicious hop aromas and lowers myrcene levels. It is another exciting way for us to steep the hops and another tasty way for the hops to shine.
All three beers use Colombus, Centennial & Ekuanot hops. See how they manifest in each beer.
