Lyssa is part of a series of 50/50 DIPAs where we only use two hops, in equal quantities, throughout the beer.

Here a Strata and Simcoe double dry-hop lends notes of mango, peach and sweet strawberry to a medium body with a soft citrus bitter bite and a dry finish.
