Teela, Somma and Lyssa are part of a series of 50/50 DIPAs where we only use two hops, in equal quantities, throughout the beer.

In Teela an Ekuanot and El Dorado double dry-hop lends notes of pear, pineapple and stone fruit to a light bodied beer with citrus bitterness and a dry finish. 8.4%

In Somma a Motueka and Mosaic double dry-hop lends notes of passion fruit, papaya and lychee to a smooth and full body with low bitterness and a soft finish. 7.7%

In Lyssa a Strata and Simcoe double dry-hop lends notes of mango, peach and sweet strawberry to a medium body with a soft citrus bitter bite and a dry finish. 7.5%
